Coaching ICS 4th and 5th graders were the hardest thing ever, they would hardly listen to me and when they do they would listen for only TEN SECONDS and then get distracted again.
That coaching session, i taught the kids how to shoot with proper technique and use the backboad as you can see in the first picture i am trying to tell the kids to always use the the backboard when shooting a layup.
In this photo i was giving the kids some pressure by defending them. Later on during the drill, i realized that defending the kids made it even harder for them to shoot and so i stopped. 
In this photo i am just rebouding the ball for the kids.In conclusion, i think that ics 4th and 5th graders are a lot harder to coach than the kids i coach at Renaissance College.
